 Course Information
Ballet- Classical Ballet is foundation of all dance and is based on techniques that have been developed over centuries. Ballet is based on techniques that have been developed over centuries. Ballet uses music and dance to tell stories. Ballet dancers have the ability to transport an audience to another world. The five most well-known styles of ballet are the Vaganova method, or Russian Method, after Agrippina Vaganova, the Cecchetti method, or Italian Method, after Enrico Cecchetti, the Bournonville Method, or Danish Method, after August Bournonville, the Balanchine Method, or School of American Ballet/ New York City Ballet Method, after George Balanchine, and the Royal Academy of Dance Method, or R.A.D. Method, created in England. Our focus is the R.A.D methodology. 

Modern- Modern dance is a dance style that rejects many of the strict rules of classical ballet, focusing instead on the expression of inner feelings.

Contemporary -Contemporary is a form of dance influenced by both classical ballet and modern dance. It takes its technique and use of pointe work from classical ballet, although it permits a greater range of movement that may not adhere to the strict body lines set forth by schools of ballet technique.  Dancers have a solid foundation in both ballet and modern technique allowing the choreographer great flexibility in choreography.

Jazz- Jazz has become one of the most popular dance styles in recent years, mainly due to its popularity on television shows, movies, music videos and commercials. People enjoy watching jazz dancers, as the dancing is fun and energetic.

Street Fusion - Incorporates elements of traditional dance techniques and fuses it with today's social dance styles creating a high energetic atmosphere with comprehensive and personalized dance training for various age groups.
